North East Windows

At Celestial Windows, we manufacture and install windows, composite doors, bi-folding doors and conservatories. Our main aim has been, and always will be, providing our customers with a quality product that will stand the test of time, and then some! We are a local, family run business and we pride ourselves on manufacturing and fitting a great product as well as providing impeccable customer service. Our products are all installed by our professional team with minimum disruption to yourself and your home.

Very helpfull with a colour match sample ie my front door. Is duck egg blue and I wanted same colour on my garage door smashing firm I have used them a few times windows n doors also had them out with help leaking consv roof spot on if u have a issue they come and sort it

Excellent service right throughout the process. The initial salesman who came out was pleasant and to the point - there was no hard sell, or false "I'll phone my boss to get you a better deal" rubbish. Everyone we've dealt with and spoken to at the company has been friendly, helpful and courteous. Quality of the finished windows is excellent and we are very happy customers. Even the neighbours like them and are enquiring about getting a quote of their own - what more can you say?

An excellent company. Great quality windows and doors and a friendly and professional service.We have used this company three times now for different projects and they never dissapoint.We had our car broken into and keys stolen, they made it a priority to change our locks for us, you don't get that very often these days, I was quite overwhelmed with how serious they took it. If you want a company that cares about you as well as the job then use Celestial.

Just had some remedial work done on our French Doors and Bay Window's, not originally fitted by Celestial, from getting in touch with there office, to guy coming out to see what required doing to guy today doing these repairs we cannot recommend them highly enough. Had Celestial in passed for winfows and door and they are great quality.

If you want anything from a Cat Flap to a Conservatory these are the experts to contact, Don't waste your time comparing. from the beginning to the end of the work to be done they bend over backwards. The Price is very competitive, the workmanship is second to none and the staff are outstanding.DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Great service from start to finish. Got three quotes for Windows, celestial were cheapest. Guy who did initial measure and quote was really friendly and explained all aspects. There is a finance option (however they were in process of changing finance providers so this wasnt available at time of signing up however due to this they did offer a payment plan over two months if needed).On the day the fitters were very professional, covers placed throughout house to protect carpet and fitted quickly (despite it chucking down with rain). They even fixed our front door which was stiff and sticking for no extra charge.There were a couple of knocks and scrapes to the walls, but nothing too bad and I expected a few touch ups would be needed. We got a courtesy call a few weeks later to confirm everything okay.Overall a fantastic company, really down to earth staff. Would highly recommend.
